6K Carbon Fiber Fabric – 4HS Weave is a high-performance woven reinforcement material manufactured from 6,000-filament (6K) carbon fiber tows, arranged in a 4 Harness Satin (4HS) weave pattern.
The 4HS satin weave provides an excellent combination of high structural strength, reduced fiber crimp, improved resin flow, and better drapability compared to plain weave fabrics. This makes it ideal for curved composite parts, medium-to-thick structural laminates, industrial reinforcement panels, marine structures, and tooling applications.
Compared to 6K plain weave, 6K 4HS fabric conforms better to complex molds, reducing bridging and improving laminate quality.
